Google's Search Quality is giving away tips on how to do a resideration request for your web site, because something that you did got penalized by taboo to Google's(God's) site and content/search standard.
Have you ever wonder why they are being a Pain in the a** on web site search ability, well that's because people are spamming and trying to out smart google for getting their web site top ranked.
Honestly Google is trying the best to adopt and forgiving a lot of the practice, but whoever wants to go against system well Webmaster don't think you can outsmart google.
